APPLICATION OF MULTIMEDIA COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUE IN DECISION-MAKING SYSTEM FOR EMERGENCY CONTROL

Multimedia communication technique includes multimedia data organization including texts, pictures and videos and transportation through internet or telecommunication. Firstly, taking the decision-making system for emergency control as an example, this paper promotes the general system structure and combination between the multimedia data to the spatial data. Then the author describes the multimedia data collection, organization and communication. Finally, query and broadcast of videos through internet are introduced.
