DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT OF CHINESE DIGITAL CHARTS ISSUE AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In order to solve the problems of data and users management in the China navigation guarantee department, a new model that issues charts with data encapsulation has been put forward to replace the current data-copy model after the researches on the existing techniques of digital charts issue and management at home and abroad. Based on the encryption technique linked the license of hardware & software, the new system of charts’ issue and management with visualization and integration has been designed and implemented. All the applications indicate: the system has reduced the management flow, improved the issue work efficiency and the currency of digital chart products that users needed, it also built a technical foundation of the network-issue for the Chinese digital chart products.
