We made a great exhibit booth in ICC2015 Rio, and it would be great if we can continue to be a exhibitor in ICC2017. We are trying to get an invitation letter for visa application and sent sevral emails to the addresses provided by the ICC2017 website but get no reply.

Does anybody know how to get an invitation letter to join the conferecnes? Thanks a lot.

      Manuela Schmidt says:

      Dear Wei Wang,
The only way to receive an official invitation letter is through the local conference organizers. You need to be registered for the conference and the exhibition to be eligible to request a letter of invitation (details at http://icc2017.org/travel-information-visa-request/). I hope you will receive an answer from the organizers soon!
      Best wishes, Manuela
