    Fellow cartographers.
Please receive my greetings and Congratulations for your continued of holding this event. Having retired from active service (40 years), I wish that you still uphold to all that Accuracy is the key component to Cartography; and that emerging technologies only assist Cartographers to achieve standards limited by the then prevailing technologies.
    Congratulations and best wishes.
