Abstract
The evolution of geospatial technologies from remote sensing, GPS, and GIS has enabled the development of integration techniques for independently acquired data sources that can potentially provide complementary information and insights on area of interest. This presentation proposes how geospatial technologies can be used as exploration tools and can be of guidance in field mapping and data acquisition planning in Pertamina EP. This presentation highlights the use of remote sensing, GPS and GIS integration techniques is particularly important in field of mapping and exploration projects such as seismic survey and well preparation as a cost effective way of overcoming inaccessibility, social issue, and terrain constrains in Pertamina EP working area.
