Abstract
The applications using micro UAV are growing in commercial, industrial, and academics mapping communities. In Brazil they still haven’t a specific roles and national standards to use them for mapping, but we found many applications cases using UAVs. Therefore, this is necessary to testing and checking our standard aerial mapping tasks to intend create the standards specifications for using to making easy the use this technology with quality. The article will present some remarks as well as the parameters of camera, ground station, flight mission planning and control, and the success components to image processing to obtain a good quality of the cartographic product, and also, comments about the chosen to obtain the quality imagery or geometric positions. The discussions continue about the importance of photogrammetry knowledge or experience to the unattended.
